Fatima Al-Zahra (sa)
By: Sister Mardhiya
An admirer in tears;
lost in the labyrinth of emotion,
as she pens down a poem in your praise.
An uninterrupted flow of tears,
streaming from your lover's eye,
blears your image,
restricting my view.
The sweet scent of musk,
encompassing her holiness,
as Kadijah, Maryam & Aasiya follow her.
Holding on to Al-Hussain's shirt,
drenching in blood,
embracing the leg of the throne.
Enchanted by this destined sight,
I whisper to myself ...
Why is it so, O' Prophet's darling daughter,
that you appear as a figure so pale?
May my parent's be your ransom,
why do you lean on the pillar, seeking Al-Hassan's support?
The vision fades,
as I hear a cry.
The cry of Gabriel;
ÈöÃóíøö ÐóäÈò ÞõÊöáóÊú
Awaken by an infant's laughter ... |
