Mola Hussain (AS)

By: Muhammad Wajahat Ali Shaikh - Vengeance110

Shukranlillah, Alhumdolilah
Hussain is my Mola,

The world jeers and laughs at me,
Every so mockingly
Or should I say,
That ignorance blocks me,
For I shed tears,
And my heart oozes blood,
Pounding with a thud,
In the grievance of Hussain,
Who was martyred 14 centuries ago,
Along with his 6 months old baby,
Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar,
Don’t take this lightly!

Shukranlillah, Alhumdolilah,
Hussain is my Mola,

Now let me tell you,
In a docile manner,
That mysteries are many,
But Karbala is not a mystery,
Indeed, it is the manifested reality,
Which teaches mankind humanity,
Giving it principles,
Such that one can distinguish between good & immorality
Thanks to the great sacrifice of Hussain Ibn-e-Ali,

Shukranlillah, Alhumdolilah
Hussain is my Mola,

When I intake the name Hussain,
It's power binds me to bow,
Thanking my lord,
Allah the beneficent & merciful,
For giving me such a great leader,
Who became the sole role model,
For today's famous "just leaders",
Including Mahatma Gandhi, Martin Luther & many others,
Who learned how to be victorious,
By none other than the valor possessed by my leader,

Shukranlillah, Alhumdolilah
Hussain is my Mola,

Oh my Allah,
Give me courage,
So I can narrate the tragic saga,
Which took place on the plains of pains,

On the land of tribulation,
In which parched lips Hussain,
Was butchered like an animal,
By thousands of mongrels,
Claiming to be Muslims,
How ironical!

Shukranlillah, Alhumdolilah
Hussain is my Mola
