is in light and glow,
from Mustafa,
a spring of joy does flow.
Today is his Zahra's matrimony,
the angels have all descended,
to congratulate Ali.

The groom is from Allah's house;
Zahra - the illuminous,
is his chosen spouse.
The pair is indeed a well matched one;
May happiness surroud you, ...
for in wedding attire is Abu Talib's son.

The prophet of Allah,
places Zahra's hand in Ali's,
distress from the world,
